Some cervico-thoracic manipulations I found useful for:

1. Headache

2. Limited Tx Rot.

3. Limited Sh. Movts.

4. 'Stiff' Middle Back

Before you start 'cracking' them, please check for Cervical Arterial Dysfunction, 5D's and 3N's (Drop attacks, Dizziness, Diplopia, Dysphagia, Dysarthria, Numbness, Nauseousness and Nystagmus) and rule out all other contraindications!
