Physiotherapy Salary Schemes

So, the New Year has set and some of us might be thinking about our career pathways. One of the many factors that affects our career decision is salary. I have surveyed the physiotherapy market in Malaysia for some time even though I've only been in the market for a year and a bit. I've got to say we have a variety of salary schemes.

Hospitals

Basic salary + allowance + on-call + bonus.

Private physiotherapy centres

My only advice is: Read and clarify all the contents of your contract before signing it. If you are unsure, ask and consult around.
